2 C Chicken or Veg Stock (only enough Stock to cover 1/2 inches above the rice)
1 C Jasmine Brown Rice, soaked for 22 hrs or over night
1 Lg Lime squeezed
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 TBSP butter
1 pinch Crushed red pepper
1 cup of Cilantro leaves

Directions:
Directions:
-Soak the rice for 22 hrs. ( This is to not only soften the grain but, it has been researched that doing so also changes the nutrients in the whole grain and awakens it, bringing out more flavor!)
-Drain, rinse, and drain again.
-Heat up ALL items together till boiling.
-Cover and drop heat to Med- low.
-Cook for 25 min.
