1 cup sugar
2 ½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground nutmeg
½ ground ginger
½ tsp salt
1 ½ cups canned pumpkin
2 eggs
1 2/3 c evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar, spices and salt together. Add pumpkin, mix well. Beat eggs with canned milk, and combine with pumpkin mixture until smooth. Let stand 30 minutes. Pour filling into unbaked shell. Bake in hot oven 425 for 15 minutes; reduce to moderate heat 350. Continue baking 35 minutes or until knife inserted into pie comes out clean. Cool.
