½ warm water
2 pkg dry yeast
1½ cup lukewarm milk
½ cup sugar
2 tsp salt
2 eggs
½ cup soft butter
7-7½ cup flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix water and yeast together and let proof for 1 minute. Add milk, sugar, salt, eggs and butter and stir. Add 5 cups flour and stir together, then add remaining flour, ½ cup at a time until dough is easy to handle. Place in greased bowl, cover with damp cloth and allow to rise in a warm place until double (about 1 hour). Punch down and allow to rise again (about 30 minutes).

Roll into a rectangle. Spread with soft butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll. Cut into rolls and place cut side down in greased pan. Bake at 375º for 25-30 minutes until browned.

For caramel rolls, pour melted butter and sprinkle brown sugar in pan before placing rolls in pan.
