1 box betty crocker supermoist german chocolate cake. Prepare according to package.
1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1 16 oz. jar caramel, butterscotch or chocolate topping.
1 8 oz container cool whip
1 8 oz pkg. heath english toffee bits (with chocolate)

Bake for 33 minutes and cool for 15 minutes. Using a round handle wooden spoon, poke holes into cake 1/2 inch apart. Pour sweetened condensed milk all over top of cake and let soak in. Then pour caramel topping all over cake making sure holes are filled. Run knife around edge of cake. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Frost with Cool Whip and sprinkle toffee bits all over top. If not serving immediately, then chill cake
