1 cup hot water
1 beef bouillon cube
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbls. corn starch
Directions:
Directions:
Blend all together. Brown seasoned beef. Remove from pan. Stir fry vegetables in oil. Add garlic, ginger, salt & Pepper. Add beef back into pan with vegetables. Pour above ingredients over vegetables and cook until thickened. Serve over rice.
