1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon oil
2 Tablespoons orange juice
sugar and cinnamon to roll rosetts in

Directions:
heat oil to 400º 3 to 4 inches deep in a small sauce pan. Beat egg slightly; add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.strain batter.

heat rosett iron in hot oil.Tap excess from iron. Dip iron into batter until 2/3 covered. Fry until golden brown. Remove from oil, inverting iron to drain oil.gently push rosett from iron and inverting on paper towels.

Sprinkle or roll rosett in sugar and cinnamon mixture
