Ingredients:  
1 bag of large shrimp

Marinade-
2/3 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. Mazola oil
1 tsp. salt- slightly rounded
1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put all shrimp in a big pan and cover with cold water.
Simmer 3-5 min, drain and cool
Marinade shrimp over night or longer (several days is okay)
Turn occasionaly to fully marinade the shrimp
