4# London broil
2 t pepper
2 t chili powder
2 t garlic powder
2 t cayenne
2 t onion powder
1 t liquid smoke
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup worchestshire sauce
1/2 cup Franks hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Trim all fat from meat. Cut into 4" stripes 1/2" thick. It's easier to cut if it's partially frozen.. pound meat lightly.
Add all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours. Line cookie sheet with foil. Place steak on sheet. Don't overlap.
Set oven to lowest temp 150 - 175º.
Bake 6 hours turning after 3 hours. It's done when meat is dried out.
