1 sweet onion, diced
5 stalks celery, diced
1/2 yellow, red AND orange pepper, diced
5 roma tomatoes, diced
1 cucumber, diced
1/2 to 1 cup jicama diced
2 tsp. fresh minced garlic
1 bottle Clamato juice
fresh ground pepper
juice of one lemon
tobasco sauce
dollop of sour cream if desired per bowl

Prepare all ingredients and place in bowl. Chill for a couple of hours. Serve with good crusty bread.
