1/2 cup soft margarine
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk
2 1/2 cups unsifted flour
4 tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups peeled, grated zucchini
1/2 to 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Mix oil, margarine and sugar.
3. Add eggs, milk and vanilla.
4. Mix dry ingredients together then add gradually.
5. Beat well, then add zucchini and chocolate chips.
6. Pour into Bundt Pan. Bake at 325 for 50-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into centre comes out clean.

I love this cake - chocolatey and moist, and if necessary, you can pretend it is health food cuz ... Zucchini!! I like to add a chocolate glaze over top made by melting some butter, mixing in brown sugar, then cocoa then a bit of cream. Once it is all mixed and smooth - pour over the bundt cake. Makes a nice fudgy topping!!
