1 cup quick grits
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, well beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Add grits to 4 cups boiling water. Add cheese, stir until melted. Add the butter, milk and eggs.

Bake at 350 for one hour in a 10x6" pan. Sprinkle with paprika about 10 minutes before done. Recipe can be doubled.
