1/2 stick butter (melted)
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 box yellow cake mix (without pudding)
Powdered sugar for rolling

Directions:
Directions:
Mix wet ingredients together first. Add 1/3 of cake mix to mixture at a time and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight or until very cold. Roll into 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar.

Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes until edges just barely show some color. Store covered for several weeks and stay very moist.

Keep dough very cold while putting on cookie sheets. The colder the dough, the better the powdered sugar stays on the cookies.
