2 (4.25) cans large while green chilis, drained
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded hot pepper Monterey jack cheese
2 eggs
¾ cup milk
2/3 cup all purpose flower
½ teaspoon salt

SAUCE
1 (10 0unce) diced tomatoes
1 (10 0unce) green chili’s
4 slices bacon, cooked & crumble up
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Pinch of black pepper
Sour Cream

Directions:

Heat oven to 400F. Lightly grease a 8x8 inch baking dish.
Cut slit in each chili lengthwise down one side
In small bowl, combine cheese mix together, fill each chili with about 3 tablespoons of cheese. Place in dish slit side down

In large mixing bowl beat eggs milk flour and salt until well blended and frothy
Pour egg mixture over chilis
Bake 25 to 30 minutes until light golden brown

In a small saucepan combine all sauce ingredients except sour cream
Bring to a boil cook 5 minutes stirring occasionally
Spoon over chili’s add sour cream
