3 eggs well beaten
1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cp sugar
3/4 cp oil
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp vanilla
2 cp grated zucchini
1 cp nuts
1/2 cp raisins
Directions:
Directions:
beat eggs to blend
add oil, sugar, and vanilla
beat til thick & foamy
stir in zucchini & pine
combine flour, baking soda & powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and nuts
stir gntly into succ
mixture til blending divide into 2 greased floured loaf pans.
set oven to 350º
1hr or til toothpick comes out clean
