1 cup of soft margarine
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of pumpkin
2 cups of eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
2 teaspoons of all spice
1 teaspoon of salt
4 cups of flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda
4 teaspoons of baking powder
1 cup of nuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream margarine. Add sugar and mix. Add pumpkin, eggs, and vanilla and mix well. Add spices and salt.
2. Sift flour.
3. Add baking powder + soda and stir into creamed mixture.
4. Add nuts.
5. Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet.
6. Bake at 425º for 8-10 min.
