2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons of butter/margarine
1 (14 oz) can of eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
2 cups of dry-roasted peanuts
1 (10.5 oz) packaged miniature marshmallows
Wax paper
13 x 9 inch baking pan

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with condensed milk. Then, remove from heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine peanuts and marshmallows.Stir in the melted chocolate.
3. Put wax paper on a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Spread the new chocolate mixture across the pan. Chill for 2 hours.
4. Remove from pan; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
