One cup dukes mayonnaise.
One can Cream of Mushroom soup.
One cup of shredded sharp cheese.
Two eggs.
Two tbsp. dried minced onion.

Two boxes of chopped broccoli florets.
1 1/2 sleeve of Ritz crackers.
One stick butter.

Broccoli Casserole

Mix by hand

One cup dukes mayonnaise
One can Cream of Mushroom soup
One cup of shredded sharp cheese ( make sure good cup maybe a little more )
Two eggs
Two tablespoon dried minced onion

Add two boxed of chopped broccoli florets thawed and heated in microwave. Mix well.

Put in casserole dish and top with 1 1/2 sleeve of crushed Ritz crackers mixed with one stick butter melted.

Bake uncovered about 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until crackers start to darken
