Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can cannellini beans*
1 can Del Monte tomato sauce, plus 1 can water
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
½ lb. pasta (Ronzoni Tubettini, or other small pasta)
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta in boiling salted water for time indicated on box.

Meanwhile, brown garlic in oil, add Del Monte tomato sauce and water and allow to simmer. Add can of cannellini beans. When pasta is done, drain thoroughly and add to bean sauce mixture, add enough water to cover pasta and beans. Bring to boil, cover, shut off gas, and allow to stand for 15 minutes. Serves 4 generous portions.

* Exactly the same recipe for Pasta E Ceci, substituting ceci beans for cannellini beans.
Also the same for Pasta E Piselli (Macaroni & Peas), except use canned peas with liquid instead of cannellini beans and 1 cut up onion instead of garlic. Will be slightly "looser" than Pasta E Fagioli.
