3/4 t. NUTMEG

4 C. CHOPPED RHUBARB

3 T. MILK

1/4 C. FLOUR

1 T. BUTTER

HEAT OVEN 400 DEGREES

BEAT EGGS, AND MILK

MIX DRY INGREDIENTS AND STIR IN RHUBARB

PUT DRY INGREDIENTS INTO UNBAKED PIE SHELL AND POUR EGGS

AND MILK OVER THE TOP. MAKE LATTICE TOP, DOT WITH BUTTER

AND BAKE 50-60 MIN.
