Ingredients:  
Bread dough - either frozen or made from scratch
1 Pound sausage, (Jimmy Dean regular; Venison, or other pattie sausage)
1 Tbsp Fennel Seeds
1 Cup 5 Cheese Italian mix (or similar)
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Cook Sausage with fennel seeds
3. Roll bread dough into large rectangle
4. Spread with melted butter, cheeses and sauasage
5. Roll into loaf, pinching ends to seal
6. Place seam side down on greased baking pan
7. Brush top with butter
8. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
9. Slice and serve hot
