3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg white
2 1/2 tbsp. water
3 cups pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 275º. Combine sugar and spices. Stir in slightly beaten egg white and water until blended.
Add about 1/2 nuts at a time and stir with fork until coated. Drain a little off and place nut by nut on greased cookie sheet.
Bake until golden, about 10 to 15 minutes. Store in a covered container.
