Rolls:
2 1/4 Tsp. Active dry yeast (1 pkg.)
1 C. Warm milk
1/3 C. Sugar
3 1/2 C.Flour (plus more for the board)
1 Egg
1/3 C. Butter (melted)
1/4 C. melted Butter
1 T. Salt

Honey Cinnamon Butter:
1/2 C. Softened Butter
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
2 T. Honey
2 T. Powdered Sugar

Pre-Heat oven to 375º

Honey Cinnamon Butter:
Combine Butter, Cinnamon, honey and powdered sugar; mix well.

Rolls:
Stir together; Warm milk, sugar and yeast. (set aside to activate) Combine; Flour, egg, 1/3 C melted Butter and salt. Add Milk mixture and process until dough is smooth. Place dough into a greased bowl; turn dough- grease all sides. Cover with towels; let rise until it has doubled in size. Place dough in floured surface; let set for 10 minutes' Roll out into a large rectangle (1/2" thick) Cut into 16 portions with sharp knife, place on greased cookie sheet & let rise again; until doubled in size again. Bake for 10 minutes. Top with 1/4 C. melted Butter
