2 cups long grain rice, cooked
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 grated carrots
1 can drained corn
1 bunch chopped green onion

DRESSING
1/2 cup oil
2 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 cup white sugar

1. Mix dressing well and pour over rice salad mixture, refrigerate overnight.
