1 Cup Diced onion
2 1/4 quarts Heavy Seas Peg Leg Ale
3 C Chili sauce (Heinz)
3 C Brown sugar
3/4 C Red wine vinegar
1/4 C plus 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 C Frank’s red hot sauce
1/4 plus 2 Tablespoon Cup Honey
2 Tablespoon. Garlic Granulated

Directions:
Saute diced onion, and lightly caramelize without burning. Once caramelized add the remaining ingredients and simmer. Heat the pan over medium heat, and whisk to combine. Simmer until the sauce is reduced by half (about 30-45 minutes).
