1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) lasagna noodles
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. water
1 pint cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
4 c. (16 oz,) shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, onion, and green pepper in large skillet; cook until meat is browned; drain. Add next 6 ingredients, simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Cook lasagna noodles according to package. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, and cream cheese and mix well. Layer half each of noodles and cottage cheese mixture, meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
