CRUST:
1 pack Ritz crackers (divided)
1 stick melted dairy-free margarine

FILLING:
2 - 15 oz. cans pineapple tidbits (reserve juice)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. plain flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. CRUST: Melt margarine and then mix with crushed crackers. Put in bottom of small casserole dish or pie pan. Save some crackers to sprinkle on top of filling.
FILLING: Mix small amount of pineapple juice with flour in saucepan. Stir in remaining pineapple juice, sugar, and pineapple tidbits. Cook on top of stove until thick. Pour on cracker crust and bake for 20 minutes.
