30 chocolate sandwich cookies
1 stick of butter, divided
1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream, softened
1/2 c. chocolate chips
pinch of salt
1 can of condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tub of whipped topping
Directions:
Directions:
Crush the cookies. Melt 1/2 stick of butter and mix with cookies. Press into a 9x13 in. pan. Spread softened ice cream over the cookie mixture and freeze. In a saucepan, melt the chips, salt, and remaining half of butter. Add condensed milk and cook until it starts to bubble. Take off heat and add vanilla. Cool before pouring over the ice cream. Top with whipped topping and freeze.
