4 cups milk
2 cups flour
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. shortening
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly beat all ingredients together. Pour a very thin layer of batter across the bottom of a large greased frying pan. Turn flensjes carefully. Remove to a warm platter. Spread with butter, then sugar and cinnamon mixture, jelly, preserves or brown sugar. Roll up with forks. Keep and serve hot!
