1 cup oil
1 cup butter softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp soda
4 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 Tbsp vanilla
May add nuts, chocolate chips, or coconut.**

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together oil, butter, powdered sugar, white sugar and eggs.

Then mix together flour, soda and add to above mixture

Add 1 Tbsp vanilla and stir in.

Make into small balls size of large marble, place on cookie sheet and flatten with a fork.
Bake at 375 º until golden.

** Bob wrote on my recipe that I always add a cup each of coconut, chocolate chips and nuts! Not sure about that!
