9" pie crust
8 slices of bacon cooked crisp
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups swiss cheese shredded
2 TBL flour
1 pkg onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
preheat to 350
combine eggs, milk and seasoning
toss cheese in flour
add cheese mix and crumbled bacon to egg mix
pour into pie shell

bake for 40-45 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean.
