4 Egg Whites
Red & Green M&M’s (optional)
3 Ft. Parchment Paper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º. Combine sugar and egg whites by using an electric mixer fitted with a whip attachment. Beat until stiff peaks form. Spoon mounds of mixture onto two cookie sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake about 1 hour. Test cookies by turning over and tapping the bottoms. They should be hard and sound hollow.

To make these festive for the Christmas Holidays add the red & green M&M’s!
Or, add a few drops of green food coloring, pipe meringue like a tree and add colored sprinkles on them!
