8 oz Plain puffed corn
Beer nuts (optional)

1 stick of butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Karo syrup

1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Place puffed corn and Beer nuts in a couple of jelly roll or cake pans.

Bring the butter, sugar and syrup to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda. Stir well (careful it will foam up). Pour this over the corn and nuts, coat well. Bake 45 min in a 250 degree oven. Stir every 10 min to coat.

Remove ( I just placed on parchment paper) and let cool. Break apart and store in plastic containers
