3 cups or more Pepridge farm dressing mix
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups or more chicken broth
2 to 3 packs dry chicken bullion
sage to taste
mushrooms and oysters optional (not drained)
2 eggs beaten
1 quart squash

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chopped celery and onion, add to dressing. Add bullion, broth and beaten eggs, mix well. You may salt and pepper if you feel its nessesary. Add squash, mix and taste to see if you need to add any seasonings. Let set at least 30 minutes to absorb liquid. You do not want it to be thick. Add more broth you need to. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minuets.
You can add one chopped onion not cooked before baking for more texture and taste.
