1 8-oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 refrigerated package sugar or peanut butter cookie dough
tart apples
chopped peanuts
caramel topping
Directions:
Directions:
1. Spread cookie dough on sprayed pizza pan and bake for about 7 minutes (11 minutes if doubling the recipe). Cool.
2. Mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla and spread on cooled cookie crust.
3. Chop apples fine and spread on top. Sprinkle with nuts and drizzle caramel over all.
