2 - 8 oz tubes of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
2 - 8 oz pkg. Cream Cheese
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Egg (separated)
1 C sugar

Topping: 1/2 C Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 C Nuts (optional)--I like slivered almonds, but any kind ok

In ungreased 9 x 12 pan, layer first crescent roll on bottom, spreading to edges.

Beat cream cheese; add 1 egg yolk & the vanilla. Add sugar. Beat. Add to the top of the crescent layer, spreading evenly. Top with the second crescent roll. Beat egg white and spread on top. Mix sugar & cinnamon and sprinkle over the egg white. Top with nuts.

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
