Suivre l'ordre des ingrédients

3 lb. bœuf en cubes sautés dans le beurre
2 oignons hachés
1 boîte de soupe aux tomates
1 boîte de grosses tomates
4 branches de céleri haché
3 carottes coupées en rondelles
1 boîte de champignons avec le jus
1 c. à thé de sel
1/4 c. à thé de poivre
1 piment vert coupé en lamelles
1/3 tasse de cassonade bien tassée
1/4 tasse de vinaigre
1 à 3 tousses d'ail
1 c. à thé de gingembre moulu ou quatre épices
1 c. à thé de sauce Worscestershire

Cuire au four à 350°F. De 3 à 4 heures avec couvercle. Brasser de temps en temps.
