3/4 cup Minced onion
1 1/2 cup celery chopped
1 cup butter
9 cups bread crumbs (seasoned)
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sage (optional)
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp.pepper
5 lbs. ground beef (80%)
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. rosemary crushed
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
cook celery, minced onion and butter until soft.cook ground beef through and keep all juice, mix in bread crumbs and the rest of ingredients mix till blended well.
