Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Stephen served his mission in Rio, Brazil. This takes him back. It is so good.
Stephen eats it with fried eggs on top and a banana. But i just eat it plain and its delicious. If you can get Farofa at a latin store it is also delicious. Just sprinkle it on to of beans. Every pressure cooker is different so keep a eye on the beans.

*Add any meat you want. We also add smoke sausage sometimes. Anything goes!
