8 - 10 cups water
1 - 398 ml stewed tomatoes (dice them to bite size)
1 - 398 ml tomato sauce
2 - 3 carrots sliced
2 - 3 celery sliced
1/2 onion diced
2 slices of raw bacon for flavor
3/4 - 1 cup orzo noodles
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp oregano
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the orzo noodles into the water and bring to slow boil for 1 hour.

Add the orzo noodles and continue to cook until the noodles are done, about 20 minutes. It is VERY important to stir often as the noodles will get stuck on the bottom of your pot.

Remove the bacon out before serving.

If you find broth tastes a bit watery add more tomato sauce or tomato paste.
