14 inch Italian bread loaf
3/4 lb cleaned diced shrimp
3/4 cup bottled salsa
2 avocado's peeled and sliced or 1 can avocado dip
1 cup shredded monteray jack cheese
butter enough to cover Italian breadloaf

Directions:
Directions:
Split 14 inch Italian breadloaf in half length wise. butter and toast them. Saute shrimp in a medium size skillet. Add your salsa and cook for about 4 minutes. Place your avocados or your dip which ever you used on the bread halves. Top the avocado with shrimp and salsa mixture . add your monteray jack cheese to cover top and place in broiler or 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut each half in half and serve hot.
