Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 live lobsters (1 ¼-1 ½ pounds)
Kosher salt
Unsalted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Set up a big pot with a lid and fill up 2 inches. Bring to a boil and add 2 tablespoons of kosher or sea salt. Insert a steamer rack.
Add lobsters in head first, cover with the lid tightly, and bring back to a boil immediately. Steam the lobsters about 15 minutes. Cooking time will vary depending on how many and how big your lobsters are. Lobsters are done when they the shells are bright red, the meat is white, and when separated the tomalley is bright green and eggs are bright red. Bigger lobsters take longer as do more lobsters in the pot. Try not to over crowd the pot because that effects steaming time.
Melt some butter and serve.
*Any north east lobster will do just make sure they are feisty because they are the freshest.
