For cake:
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
6 whole eggs
1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers, crushed
1 (7 oz.) can Angel Flake coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. almond extract

Cream Cheese Icing:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar; add well beaten eggs. Add crushed vanilla wafers. Add coconut, pecans, and almond extract. Bake at 275º in stem pan for 1 1/2 hours.
Cream Cheese Icing:
Melt butter; add cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and nuts. Put over cake.
