1 lb. pork boned
1 tsp. pickling salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1.4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 oz water

Directions:
Directions:
Grind pork through a 3/16 plate
Mix all other ingredients in bowl and then mix into ground meat.
Chill in freezer for 30 minutes.
Grind through 1/4 plate.
If you just want bulk form into patties and freezer
If you are going to stuff put in freezer for 30 minutes and stuff.
