1/2 cup Ritz Cracker Crumbs
1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 20-oz can pineapple chunks
3 TBSP all purpose flour
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sugar

Reserve 3 TBSP of pineapple juice.

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoonful's of juice. Combine sugar and flour. Slowly stir in reserved pineapple juice. Add cheese and pineapple chunks mixing well. Put into greased 1 quart casserole dish. Combine butter and crumbs an sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes.

Another popular version is to replace the pineapple chunks with 1 - 20 oz can crushed pineapple (drained) and 1 - 8 oz can crushed with juice
