1 3/4 C milk
1/4 C sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
nutmeg, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Place milk in 2 C measuring cup. Heat on high about 3 minutes.
With a wire whisk, whisk eggs and stir in sugar and salt. Blend well.
Gradually add hot milk and vanilla, stirring constantly.
Pour into 5 dishes.
Sprinkle with nutmeg if desired.
Cook at level 4, 9 to 12 minutes till set but still quivery.
Rearrange dishes half way through.
