2 cans (6 oz. each) tuna, drained
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/3 c. mayo
1/3 c. sliced ripe olives
1/8 to 1/4 t. lemon pepper
1 tube (12 oz.) biscuits
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine tuna, cheese mayo, olives and lemon pepper. Set aside.
On a lightly floured surface, flatten each biscuit and spoon tuna mixture onto one side. Fold dough over filling, press edges to seal.
Place eggs and chips in separate shallow bowls. Dip turnovers in egg, then continue with chips. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Make a slit in the top of each turnover.
Bake at 375º for 18-21 minutes or until golden brown.
