1 T. oil
4 pork chops
1 T. vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. Chili powder
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1/3 cup maple syrup

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 º F. In oven proof skillet heat the oil.
Lightly brown pork chops on both sides.
In saucepan, heat together all the remaining ingredients, stirring until heated through.
Pour over pork chops.
Cover skillet with lid or foil and bake 45 minutes (or less, if chops are thin, so watch), removing cover to baste occasionally.
Remove cover and let bake 10-15 minutes more.
