4 whole Boneless Chicken Breasts
8 slices Ham, thin
8 slices Cheese, thin
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
1/2 stick Margarine
1/2 cup Chicken Broth
4 cloves Garlic, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.

Cut each chicken breast into 4 thin cutlets.
On each cutlet, place a slice of cheese and slice of ham.
Roll the stuffed cutlets into a log.
Roll logs lightly in bread crumbs.
Place in baking pan.

In a small pan, melt margarine. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add chicken broth and allow to boil for 2 minutes.
Pour broth mixture over chicken cutlets.

Bake 30 - 45 mints at 350º F.

Option: Replace margarine with 1/2 cup of chicken broth.
