1/2 C butter
1 1/2 C sugar
2 eggs
1 C mashed bananas
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon flavoring (optional)
2 C flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 C milk
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter. Add sugar gradually. Add eggs and beat thoroughly. Add bananas and flavorings. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk.

Grease 9x13 pan and dust with flour. Bake 35 minutes at 350º. Or bake in 2 8" pans for 20-30 minutes.
