1 cup coconut 3 eggs
1 cup chopped pecans 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 German chocolate cake mix 1 cup melted margarine
1 1/4 cups water 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup oil 1 can pecan coconut frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle coconut and pecans in bottom of 9x13 pan, lightly floured.
In bowl, add cake mix, water, oil and eggs at low speed until moist.
Beat 2 minutes on high. Spoon batter evenly over coconut and pecans.
In another bowl mix powdered sugar, margarine and cream cheese.
Beat until smooth and creamy. Spoon over batter, leaving an inch
around the edge with no batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes
or until done. When cake comes out of the oven pour can of frosting
over the top of cake while still hot.

This always sinks in the middle for me but everyone (who likes coconut) seems to like it just fine!
